🌾 Khao Niao Dok Din 🌾

I want to tell you... we make it for ourselves, very easy, you know.
Come, come, let me tell you... they say make Khao Niao Dok Din 🍚
It can be sticky rice eaten with tasty side dishes, or made into beautiful and delicious Thai desserts, with simple steps and no need for chemical additives.

🌾 Khao Niao Dok Din is made by soaking sticky rice in dok din water (dok din that is pounded until fine, or blended, then squeezed and strained to get the dok din water), then fermenting and soaking the sticky rice grains for about 1 night to get a beautiful color.
🌾 Then steam for about 30 minutes until the sticky rice is cooked and soft.
For sangkhaya custard made with khao niao dok din, should use coconut milk mixed with a little salt and granulated sugar to make the taste well-rounded and nicely cut the sweetness of the sangkhaya.

🍚🌾 The method for making khao niao dok din with sangkhaya topping can be done by putting coconut milk, palm sugar, and pandan leaves in a steamer over low heat for about 20-30 minutes until cooked through. Khao niao dok din with sangkhaya topping will have a sweet, rich, fragrant taste that is perfectly balanced and suitable for health-conscious people because there are no chemical additives.

Thank you very much 🙏
